The first step to seizing control of your inbox is to count the number of emails currently in your inbox. You can do that all with the push of the blue button 👇. Once you push the button, you’re set up and ready to go — this doc will automatically count your inbox for you every hour, so you can focus on hitting inbox zero.
What are the count thresholds for each colored squares? 🟨 means I never hit Inbox Zero, but ended the day under emails (move slider to adjust). 🟥 means I ended the day with + emails. You can adjust the automation settings by clicking in the top right: ⚙️ Settings → Automations → Log email count. Feel free to adjust the frequency of the automation. This will determine how often you count the messages in your inbox. My inbox count is showing at 2000, but I know it’s higher Sorry, the Gmail API limits us.
